Bittersweet
Today was bittersweet.
I’m so glad I got to see her, talk to her, spend time with her, make her laugh, make her happy, eat with her, frustrate her, annoy her, make her smile…
But, I’m very sad that I won’t feel her presence as I drift into a temporary slumber. I’m very sad that I won’t feel her warmth, tonight. I’m very sad that I won’t see her when I wake in the morning.
